• Call ahead to schedule an appointment
• Arrive at the date and time of your appointment and call to notify us you have arrived
• Our technician will swab you and your results can be printed or emailed to you.
• If your results are Positive, we will set-up a Free Tele-Video consultation with one of  our providers to discuss your  symptoms and provide guidance.
